Southwest Tennessee Community College is partnering with Generation, a nonprofit focused on education to employment, to provide free IT training in Memphis.
IT Help Desk Technician
The hero of any office, the IT help desk technician keeps technology running smoothly so that businesses can get the job done. As a help desk technician, you’ll turn technology frustrations into solutions, identifying issues and troubleshooting when one of your colleagues is having technical problems. In addition to communication and teamwork skills, you’ll graduate from Generation with a CompTIA A+ certification that will make you a valued member of any IT team.
Digital Marketing Analyst
The free, fully online program offers the opportunity to learn all you need to be successful as a Digital Marketing Analyst – from the technical knowledge to the soft skills that will help you achieve your potential. After completing the program and taking the exam, you will earn your Google Analytics IQ and Facebook Blueprint certifications. Additionally, graduates have the opportunity to explore different learning outcomes like apprenticeships, internships, continuing education, or full-time employment.
