The Northside groundbreaking, which took place on December 8, 2023, marks the redevelopment of the 270,000-square-foot facility and revitalization to the area. EDGE was honored to approve a 15-year PILOT in 2022, and an amended version earlier this year.
When construction work finishes in late 2024, Northside Square will include office space, education and healthcare services, food and beverage space, and rooms on three levels designated for community events.
