EDGE Approves One PILOT, Three Amendments, Awards $25,000 ICED Loan
The EDGE Board met on July 17 and approved one new PILOT (Payment In Lieu of Taxes) and three PILOT amendments, as well as one forgivable Inner City Economic Development (ICED) Loan built to spark revitalization in distressed neighborhoods.
