NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all residents of the City of Memphis and County of Shelby, Tennessee, and to all persons interested that an open and public meeting of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee Meeting of the Shelby County Joint Economic and Community Development Board (JECDB) will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 9:00 a.m., at Helena Chemical Co. Research, Knowledge Conference Room B, located on property at Agricenter International, 7777 Walnut Grove Road, Memphis, TN 38120.
