Younger Associates Releases. EDGE PILOT Economic Impact Report

The newly released Younger Associates Economic Impact report highlights the performance of the EDGE 2019 PILOT Portfolio. The EDGE Payment In Lieu of Tax (PILOT) program projected output and economic impact in Shelby County for 2019 exceeds $11.2M. With 67 active PILOTs, the programs supported 69,817 jobs for over $4.5 billion in wages, significantly surpassing all original projections for the year.  Read the full report.
