EDGE staff welcomed Ms. Tracy Buckley as the organization’s Manager of Economic Development Programs. Ms. Buckley will manage project compliance and the back office responsibilities associated with EDGE’s PILOT, TIF, and ICED Loan programs. Ms. Buckley also provides administrative assistance with the Foreign Trade Zone 77 program. She holds a Master of Arts in City and Regional Planning along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis.
