The project, located in North Memphis, will generate $105 million in new tax revenue for Memphis and Shelby County. The company also committed to spending $60 million with local Minority- and Women- Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE). The Northridge facility serves as the North American distribution center for all goods bearing the famous Nike swoosh.
